Description: The Idaho Transportation Department's (ITD) Roads and Highways Road Network Linear Referencing System (LRS) HPMS facility type event polyline feature class identifies the operational design of each roadway segment, specifying whether it carries one-way or two-way traffic, functions as a ramp or non-mainline connector, or represents a non-inventory direction.
